VINYASA FLOW YOGA - WHAT'S THAT?

Vinyasa or Flow Yoga is more fast paced than Yin Yoga and involves moving smoothly from pose to pose rather than holding poses for longer periods of time

 

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga helps with back pain relief.

 Yoga can ease arthritis symptoms. 

Yoga benefits heart health

Yoga relaxes you, to help you sleep better.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A towel, yoga mat if you have one, bottle of water and comfortable clothes
